About the Chef
Charles Davis became a vegan in 2018 , and while on his vegan journey he sampled many meals at different vegan restaurants. This inspired him to create something of his own. Charles formerly owned a restaurant in the upper west side of Manhattan called 710 West. Charles is a self taught chef he owned, managed and was the executive chef at 710 West. With no formal culinary school training, Charles has taught himself several different cooking techniques. The vegan world was a whole different discovery that intrigued him, from learning how to make his own seitan to mastering vegan southern mac and cheese. Charles enjoys making all different types of cuisines experimenting with flavors from different countries. The ultimate goal for Charles is to turn Kraves into a fast food empire that can be found anywhere from malls, stadiums, theaters and your local neighborhood.
