Kraves Vegan Foods is a Black- and Latina-owned New York City catering company delivering premium plant-based food with street-food energy and professional execution. We serve corporate, institutional, private and community events throughout the Tri-State area and beyond.

FROM UPPER WEST SIDE ROOTS TO A MOBILE KITCHEN

Founded by Chef Charles Davis, Kraves grew from years of restaurant, catering and community-food experience. After operating on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, the company expanded into a fully mobile catering operation capable of serving intimate gatherings, corporate programs and large-scale activations for 30–500+ guests.

LEADERSHIP

Co-owner and Executive Chef Charles Davis leads menu development, operations, partnerships and guest experience. Co-owner Cynthia Cosme plays a central role in management, presentation and event execution. Together, they have built an independent family business grounded in flavor, reliability and community.

Our mission is to make premium plant-based food exciting, approachable and memorable. We combine bold comfort-food flavors, professional catering standards and a flexible mobile kitchen to satisfy vegan and non-vegan guests alike.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE BRAND

Kraves was built through real hospitality work: restaurant service, Upper West Side operations, pop-ups, major festivals, corporate events, university programs, private celebrations and community meal initiatives. That experience shaped the dependable catering operation we run today.
